If you have a valid email address on file with us you will receive a Thank You message along with a copy of your service record and invoice attached to the email each time we service your home. This message contains a link to our secure Customer Portal. From there you can access your service history, update your contact information and enter your payment options. If you have trouble accessing the portal please call our office 281-341-1761. We may need to update your email address. Once you have logged in, you can change your contact information when needed.
If you have multiple properties under one email address the system will not allow you to login with your email address. You will need to contact our office so we can set up your user name with the account number for each property. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
