MEET THE INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT, INC. TEAM

When you are selecting a service company to come into your home it's important that you feel comfortable and safe. Our technicians and staff are selected not just for their skills. Exceptional skills and knowledge are expected. What is most important is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a personality that will help us build relationships with our most valuable asset; you our customers. Being able to put a face with a name is an important part of that process. Family comes first here at Integrated Pest Management, Inc. We will always treat you the way we would want our families to be treated.

Daniel

Service Tech Supervisor

Of all our technicians, Daniel has been with us the longest. He started with Integrated Pest Mgmt. way back in 2003. You could say Daniel has grown up with us. He has been in the pest control business his entire adult life. Daniel is a homegrown guy, having spent most of his life in "The Berg" Rosenberg. He is a proud father who loves good family fun. He also enjoys home projects & renovation, fishing and shooting.

Phil

Service Technician

Phil has been with Integrated Pest Management since 2010. Phil is a native Houstonian who wins the prize for the employee who travels the furthest to work each day. We like to think it's because he loves us. He really enjoys talking to people. It gives him a chance to use that dry sense of humor he has. Phil is a proud dad who loves spending time with his kids. In his spare time you might find him hitting a few golf balls around.

Alford

Service Technician

This soft-spoken, easy going Houstonian was born in Orange, TX. Interesting fact, Orange has the distinction of being the easternmost city in Texas. Alford loves the great outdoors and working on cars and hot rods, especially his 1982 Dodge truck. He proudly served in the US Military in the early 70s. Alford has been in the pest control business for over 15 years. His experience is apparent as he assists each customer throughout the day. His motto is, "Do your best, no matter what." We like how he thinks!

Freddy

Service Technician

Alfredo (a.k.a. Freddy), is another Midwest transplant addition to the Integrated Pest family. He was born in Melrose Park, IL (a suburb of Chicago), grew up on Chicago's South Side, but now calls Houston home. Alfredo loves reading a good book and spending time with his family. Actually, part of his family works right here at Integrated. Yaneth (pronounced “Janet”), one of our Customer Service Reps, is his step-daughter. Alfredo has the most interesting side-hustle. He sells Avon products. His life philosophy is “Don’t wait for opportunity; create it!” We asked him, “If IPMI had a theme song, what would it be?” His pick is a little number from Megadeth: “Killing (insects) is my business…and business is good.” Good one Freddy.

Tim

Service Technician

Tim is Richmond, Texas born and raised. He is the consummate down-home country boy. He loves all things outdoors, but not as much as he loves his little girl. Another proud daddy on our team. He gets the best of both worlds when he takes her fishing with him. Tim is also a proud, 10-year veteran of the United States Marine Corp. and spent those years acquiring valuable skills as a heavy diesel mechanic. He’s a handy guy to have around. His philosophy of, “get up early and go to work” serves him well around here. We ask all our staff to tell us, if Integrated Pest had a theme song, what would it be. He said, “This is the song that never ends…” Hmmm, not sure how to take that.

Mike

Service Technician

Mitchell

Service Technician & Customer Service Rep

Mitchell does double-duty for us as a Service Technician and a Customer Service team. While local now, he hails from California. He was born in Laguna Niguel, CA and spent most of his life between the Orange County area in Southern Cal and Chico. He's a real detail guy. That will serve him well in our office and out in the field. Before joining our team he spent about 6 years as a medical courier for radioactive medicine in Houston. (is that why he glows?) Mitch enjoys reading mystery and science fiction novels and tinkering with computers. His life philosophy, "You can always be wrong about anything, no matter your expertise. No one is above basic humility. We all mess up sometimes and it's how we handle those mistakes that shape us as people." Here's a first for his IPMI theme song suggestion: "A classy radio jingle with a choir or quartet." Well okay then.

Dylan

Service Technician - Customer Service Rep

Don’t let Dylan’s youth fool you. He’s been a pest control guy for as long as he can remember. You could say the pest control business is in his DNA. His dad is our General Manager Jeff and his grandfather is Bob McQueen, co-owner of Integrated Pest Management, Inc. Dylan likes to say, “If it’s got to die, I’m your guy.” In 2021 Dylan married Nina and they added a 4th generation McQueen to the mix with the birth of their son. Dylan was born in Indiana, but has spent most of his life in Sugar Land, TX. He sure keeps himself busy. He’s an avid baseball fan who has coached his brother’s Little League team and playd on a league himself. He also enjoys fishing and rock climbing. In addition to his athletic hobbies, this ambitious young man also takes classes at Houston Community College.

Raven

Customer Service Representative

Raven is the 4th McQueen to join the Integrated Pest staff. She is starting her freshman year in college and working with us in the office.

Jeff

General Manager

If you stop by our store in Richmond, Jeff will most likely be the first face you see. Jeff has over 20 years experience in the pest control industry. You could say he was born to be a bug-man. His dad is Bob McQueen, co-owner of Integrated Pest Management, Inc. If you are one of our service customers, you may also meet his oldest son Dylan, third generation bug-man. Jeff’s depth of knowledge is quickly apparent as he takes time to answer your questions and offer advice, whether in person or on the phone. Jeff is married, has two sons & a daughter. In true McQueen style, hanging out with family is one of his favorite activities.

Donna

Office & Marketing Manager

You could say I am the “voice” of Integrated Pest Management, Inc. when it comes to the newsletter, social media posts, website, advertising or reminder cards. My goal is always to keep you, our valued customers, informed and when possible entertained. I am a proud Purdue University graduate with a Communication degree. I’ve been here since October 2015. Who knew insects & rodents could be so interesting. I have become very involved with Greater Houston Pest Control Association. As a matter-of-fact I am the current president of the organization 2022 & 2023. My husband & I returned to Houston after living in NW Indiana near Chicago almost 30 years. Our two daughters are grown & we were tired of the cold. It’s good to be back in Texas and close to my mom and my sister (who happens to be married to Bob McQueen). We're all about family around here. I'm a little obsessed with visual & performing arts. I currently belong to 2 art leagues & take tap dance classes.

Bob
McQueen

Co-Owner
semi-retired

As with many Houstonian’s, Bob is a Texas transplant. He grew up in central Indiana surrounded by a large, tight-knit family, but his roots have been firmly planted in Texas for most of his adult life. Bob is an avid reader, master gardener & physical fitness enthusiast. He is a proud dad and grandfather. As a matter-of-fact his son Jeff and grandson Dylan both work at Integrated Pest. Family time and family vacations are among his favorite things. Bob's life philosophy is one that keeps coming up among our staff. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Frank Comstive

Co-Owner
semi-retired

Even though Frank has lived in Texas since the tender age of 17, it's no secret he was born in New York. Mineola, to be exact, just "spittin' distance" from the heart of NYC. He is a loving family man with a big personality. He is passionate about everything he does. That includes gardening, scuba diving, golf, watching sports and most recently traveling with his wife and twin teenaged daughters as they climb through the ranks in competitive soccer. Exciting stuff there! His motto is, "treat people the way you want to be treated." There's that Golden Rule again.

Smokey

Our resident rodent expert

Smokey wandered into our lives as a stray around 2015. She was very pregnant and had a litter of kittens shortly after arriving. We found homes for all her kittens, but she refused to get along with anyone else's animals. She is now our company mascot and a very friendly permanent fixture around the office.

We service Fort Bend County, West Harris County, and other surrounding communities
