My technician Mike Hale was amazing! He went above and beyond, so communicative and nice, explaining everything he was going to do and offering to help me move things if necessary. Technician arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do then sprayed the inside and outside of our house. He checked the attic and told us that our noise problem was from squirrels, not from rats. Very through and polite. I highly recommend this company

Integrated Pest Management is a unique business model for a pest control company. I met with Jeff and we discussed the PEST issues that I was having around the house. He was able to suggest the chemicals that I needed to treat the Ants and the Mosquitos. Then I went into his store front. I would suggest that you at least start with a phone call and let Jeff and his team show what they can do for you.

After we got our house sprayed, we continued to have an issue with persistent flour beetles. We emailed Integrated and they sent out Jeff to assist. We received helpful and easy to follow advice to eliminate the issue. I am reporting this several months later and there are still no beetles in sight. Best part is we were charged $0 for the follow up visit. Thanks Jeff you saved our lives, those buggers were driving us crazy!

Highly recommend this place. Janet has been more than helpful as well as the owner of the store. Have used them on several occasions, currently for a bug bed scare. Bought some products and will be using them in the future. Friendly fast service.

Integrated Pest performs a quarterly pest service. I have used them for probably 15 years and I never have roaches, ants, or any other critters in or around my home. They are the best exterminators in the area, and I highly recommend them!!!

Very knowledgeable staff. Best place to get treatments for German cockroaches, which no one likes to admit that they have. I purchase used furniture when I can and that's how I get infestations. I love antique furniture. Just ask them for "the kit" runs around $50. Well worth the $$ I've stayed freed for over 2 yrs til I moved and now I'm treating where I'm at now. You won't have to deal with nasty bombers that don't actually work so you end up actually saving money. They tell you actually how to use the kit and also have instructions in their to-go kits. Also sell to get rid of bed bugs, fleas, mice, rats, bats, snakes, spiders, and scorpions. Think they also do captures of raccoons and possums

I chose IPM from the Houston West BNI website because I knew that they had to be a reputable company to be apart of the organization. Jason called me promptly after my email, which was great and gave me all the information that I needed and patiently answered every question that I had ( new home owners). Dylan was earlier than expected to our set appointment which was amazing. He was very professional, courteous, had great knowledge on our issues and was very helpful in explaining everything that was going on with our home and preventative measures to help us along the way. I am very glad that I chose to go with this company. They are A++ from phone to appointment.

Integrated Pest Management saved my sanity!! Two months ago I had biting sensations when I sat at my kitchen table. I called my exterminator (not Integrated) and told them what was going on. They sprayed the inside of my home. Unfortunately, it didn't kill the problem. I finally found the tiny bugs crawling on my daytimer, which was on my kitchen counter. I had my exterminator come back out and it was determined I had bed bugs. 20 bins and over 270 hefty bags plus it took to pack up my home. This company sprayed, froze and dusted my entire house. But, I still had bed bugs on my kitchen counter!! (Yes, I did question why I would have bed bugs on my counter).I called two other companies to give their opinion. Not bed bugs, they each stated, they are mites. Find the source and the mites will be gone. Neither company dealt with mites, nor did the company I had been using. I finally got the name of a fogging company, told the owner my story and how distressed I was. Told him I felt things crawling on me and I was losing my mind! I told him I was now 6 weeks in to this!! He said there are many companies out there, but he will only recommend one because they are the best in the business and are trustworthy, knowledgeable and excellent. It was the best number I got from someone, ever!!! Not only did Integrated Pest Management treat mites, they removed the source! The birds nesting in my stove exhaust fan vent had bird mites. They took out the nests and cleaned and treated the vent. And, I was educated about the sensations I was having on my skin and how to help relieve that and when to expect it to stop. Me being me, I was still paranoid about anything dead or alive in my home, I was told to bring in samples to their shop and they would look at them under the microscope! Who does that??? IPM!!! I am going to give Dillon 5 stars for customer service. This is our first time using this company so not sure on how their product works yet. But Dillon was nice explained everything in detail and walked me through the process. It was a nice change from the other company we had before.

Dylan and his partner were absolute gentlemen and extremely nice. They answered all of my questions and were very informative and helpful. Ben did our treatment! He did an excellent job! He carefully explained the whole process, and took his time, and treated the whole house, garage, yard and attic! He put everything back where he found it! He did the best pest treatment we have ever had! He then explained treatments to consider in the future. We will definitely use this company, and Ben again!
